Idaho has strict restrictions on CBD products. Unlike most states, Idaho requires CBD products to contain absolutely zero THC (not just ≤0.3%). Most commercially available CBD products cannot meet this standard, effectively banning most CBD products. Hemp cultivation is only allowed for research purposes and Idaho has not passed a comprehensive hemp legalization bill aligned with the 2018 Farm Bill.
