New Mexico passed the Hemp Manufacturing Act in 2019, legalizing hemp and hemp-derived CBD products with ≤0.3% THC consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. The New Mexico Department of Agriculture administers the hemp program. CBD products are legally available for sale and possession throughout the state.
