Oklahoma enacted the Hemp Farming Act in 2019, legalizing hemp cultivation and hemp-derived CBD products with ≤0.3% THC in alignment with the 2018 Farm Bill. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry administers the hemp program. CBD products are legally available for sale and possession statewide.
